Their culinary delights include fish, shrimp, and crabs, showcasing the bounty of the ocean. Moving to the western part of China, the cuisine takes on a spicy twist, characterized by an abundance of peppers. In the northern regions, the staple dishes are dumplings and an array of fried delicacies. Broadly speaking, the daily diet of the Chinese population revolves around rice and vegetables. My personal favorite among these cuisines is hot pot. I am confident that you have some familiarity with Sichuan cuisine. It involves stir-frying red hot chilies with a variety of meats or vegetables, creating a symphony of flavors that is both delicious and visually appealing!
